Concern Foundation - In 1968, 15 Los Angeles couples came together to do everything in their power to fight cancer.  Today, the Concern Foundation provides critical funding to cancer researchers through dynamic fundraising efforts. Concern endeavors to make every dollar count toward finding the cause of and cure for this devastating disease.   Funded post-doctoral research by Concern focuses primarily on cancer genetics, cell biology, and immunology for all forms of cancer prevention and treatment.  Doug Levy's mother and father, whose son Danny had received a youthful diagnosis of brain cancer, were a part of this small, determined group

Children's Hospital Los Angeles, consistently rated as one of the best children's hospitals in the United States, specializes in a great many acute, traumatic, and difficult-to-treat medical conditions.  This large organization, beloved by Los Angelenos, is also nationally respected as a progressive teaching hospital and research institute.   Their motto, "We Treat Kids Better", captures the hope, comfort, and uplifting atmosphere they bring to the children for whom they care.

Los Angeles LGBT Center - Since 1969, the Center has cared for, championed, and celebrated LGBTQ individuals and families in Los Angeles and beyond by providing a very wide array of mental and physical health services, housing assistance, legal help, mentoring, advocacy, employment training and more.

Operation Mend, of UCLA Health - Operation Mend works to heal our nation's post 9/11 military veterans and family members by providing free, world-class, comprehensive care and treatment for the physical and psychological wounds of war.   The organization was founded in 2007 as an innovative partnership between UCLA and the US Military.  Ronald Katz, inventor, entrepreneur, and Board and Executive Committee member of UCLA's medical center, successfully strove to create this vital partnership.  With continued support from Mr. Katz and his entire family, Operation Mend thrives and expands - meeting crucial needs of our nation's veterans.
